on or near your body, to facilitate the energy 
flow addressing causes of any imbalances 
in the body.

a feeling of calm and relaxation, Reiki can help to 
alleviate the adverse effects of stress and anxiety and 
enhance well-being……

ASYou Reiki are  based in  Anstruther & Stirling  and can provide Reiki  Healing within the East Neuk of Fife and the Forth Valley.   ASYou Reiki  will help facilitate the relaxation response, a state of deep peace that promotes healing on all levels. This powerful activating system calms the mind and promotes relaxation. 


I’m Aileen Sloan, the founder of ASYou and a qualified Shinpiden, Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki Master Practitioner under Level 3 attunements by Sara Lyon, Reiki Master Teacher at The Reiki Retreat, Stirling. I am also a member of the PVG Scheme for children & adults and covered by Therapist Insurance.

I believe stress and anxiety have such a significant impact on our wellbeing and can manifest themselves in such a physical way through pain and ill-health. I discovered Reiki as a way to promote relaxation and healing. I embarked on my Reiki journey to gain the knowledge and attunements to allow me to practice this ancient holistic technique. 


I am so excited to see where my Reiki journey will take me next and how it will continue to improve my life and hopefully the lives of others.
